Grease, glass and the door that swings
Two things make an oven awkward to carry that have nothing to do with its weight.
The first is grease. A cooker in daily use for years carries baked-on residue inside the cavity and along the door seal, and that transfers to hands, walls, lift panels and floor tiles on the way out. Wipe the worst of it down, then take the shelves, trays and pan supports out and bag them separately so they are not sliding around inside the cavity.

In a tower, the appliance travels on the service lift with a slot booked through building management, so give the floor, the building name and the parking or loading point when you book. In a villa, the route usually runs from the kitchen through a hallway and over a threshold at the front door, which is worth measuring for a range cooker.
Protect the floor along that route. Fitted Dubai kitchens are commonly laid with large-format porcelain, and a dense appliance dragged over a tile edge chips it. Lift over thresholds rather than pulling across them.
